Learn how to raise your neurodivergent child with confidence
Alexis Roberson, licensed therapist, provides ethical, research-based parent coaching and group programs through Secure Parenting to help parents connect with their children struggling with neurodiversity-related challenges including ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, PDA and DMDD.
Redesign your parenting roadmap → build a deeper connection with your neurodivergent child or teen.
Hi, I’m Alexis.
I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and my mission is to provide parents raising neurodivergent young people with education, tools, and deep support.
When was the last time you felt confident about yourself as a parent? Empowered? Strong? Rooted in your intuition, clear-headed, and calm?
Let’s be honest, if your children have ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, PDA, or DMDD, mainstream parenting solutions simply don’t work. As a result, parents usually blame themselves and feel buried under the fear that they just don’t measure up or that they are “missing something.”
But I believe every parent is capable of finding effective parenting strategies that tap into their strengths, and rebuild ease and connection in their family.

The Mission of Secure Parenting: Supporting Parents
Every child is worth it; that's my personal mantra.
I'm here to help as many families as I can, because in order to help children we need to support the systems they exist within.
With Secure Parenting, my focus is on supporting parents because you are on the front line. If parents aren’t supported, children pay the price, through ruptured attachments, increased vulnerability, and ongoing stress.
As a clinician and coach, I’m always looking for ways to increase caregiver wellness. This mission is at the core of who I am, both personally and professionally.
